Existing occupiers include Boston United Football Club, Costa Coffee, Greggs, Burger King, Starbucks, Papa Johns and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Recent additions to the development include a new care home by LNT, a Kia dealership operated by Drayton Motors and a petrol filling station with a Co-op convenience store operated by EG On The Move.
