East Square comprises a range of 6 new restaurants with outdoor dining together with a new 10 screen multi-cinema operated by VUE. Four units have already been let to Nandos, Loungers, Creams, The Sushi Co and Smash Burger. The units are built to shell specification for Tenants to fit out.

East Square is an exciting restaurant and leisure destination forming part of the wider Basildon Town Centre regeneration programme and new masterplan. It includes a 10 screen multi-cinema leased to Vue Cinemas which opened in July 2024. Current occupiers include Nandos, Loungers and Kaspa's.
