16 Station Hill is a former meeting hall with its own on site parking.

The single storey, brick built building fronts Station Hill, with steps and a ramp leading up to the front door.

The upvc double glazed entrance door opens into an entrance hallway off which are two offices and three toilets, one of which is suitable for disabled person access.

Further doors then lead into the main room that has a wooden floor covering, full suspended ceiling with integral LED lighting, central heating radiators, upvc double glazed windows and dado trunking with electric sockets. In its previous use as a meeting hall, this room had capacity to seat 80 guests in cinema mode or 60 in banqueting format.

Both the main room and the kitchen have doors exiting the property to the rear.

The property was purpose built as a meeting hall and is still being used as such at present.

Planning consent was recently granted for a Change of Use of the meeting hall (Use Class F2) to flexible use incorporating both Use Class F2 and Use Class E.

The building therefore now has potential for a wide variety of uses without need for a change of use. Potential uses acceptable within Use Class E include retail; office; health & medical; fitness studio.

Station Hill is in the centre of Chippenham and is the main thoroughfare between the town centre and facilities including Chippenham's main line railway station, Wiltshire History Centre;
