We have established that the overall site area is approximately 0.12 hectare (0.30 acre).

The scheme consists of a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments (over the size of site). Of the 24 units, 8 have been allocated as affordable housing, in line with policy requirements of 30% to be provided on site. Of these, 5 would be of the lower value Social Rented (SR) tenure and 3 high value Intermediate tenure.
