Extending to a total of 69 acres, Symmetry Park, Bicester has the capacity to deliver up to 963,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Unit B (163,664 sq ft) was developed speculatively and let to Ocado Retail Ltd. The distribution hub is the first net zero carbon in construction building in the Tritax portfolio.

The site occupies a prominent position fronting the A41 to the south east of Bicester town centre. The A41 provides direct access to the M40 (J9) and A34 just 4 miles away.
