ME11 Depot, Cullet Drive, Queenborough

Secure yard incorporating small vehicle repair workshop. The yard is 1.9 acres (0.77 ha) in size, broadly rectangular in shape and asphalted. Access and security are provided by a combination of steel palisade fencing with steel gates. There is a small unheated vehicle workshop.

The depot is situated in an islanddd bounded by Thomsett Way to the north and Cullett Drive to the east and south in an area of established open storage (new cars) and warehousing, predominantly serving Sheerness docks approx 3.5 miles (5.5 km) to the north. The site is well accessed from the A249 dual carriageway linking Sheerness to J5 M2 (9 miles / 14.75 km) Sittingbourne and J7 M20 ( 14.5 miles / 23.3km) at Maidstone. From the M2 and M20 junctions there are motorway links to the Channel ports and Tunnel and to the M25, London and all points north and west.
